Because each product is personalized with your baby’s name, we do not accept returns for change of mind or incorrect details entered during checkout.

## Eligible for Replacement or Refund
We will provide a replacement or full refund if:
- The product arrives damaged
- The wrong name is printed
- You receive the wrong item

## Reporting an Issue
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Clear photos & Video of the issue

## Refund Timeline
Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
