Yes! We offer a free digital preview of your canvas design before we go into production. After uploading your photo and placing your order, our team will send you a digital proof within 24 hours for your approval. Production begins only after you confirm you're happy with the design.

Our team uses AI-enhanced upscaling to improve low-resolution images wherever possible. If we feel the image quality won't produce a satisfactory result, we will contact you before production to request a better photo or advise on alternatives. We'd rather delay than deliver a disappointing product.

Since every kit is custom-made to order, we cannot accept returns unless the product is defective or the printing is significantly different from the approved preview. If you receive a damaged or incorrect order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will arrange a replacement or full refund.
